# Login

  • When there are no operations that involve moving a screen for 30 minutes, a dialog will be displayed, and it will be moved to the logout page. After closing your web browser, you need to log in again.

# Projects

  • It can be created up to 30 projects for a single account.
  • In the case of setting ON for automatic data deletion, all of the project data will be deleted around 2 AM every day in the account.
    (The registered license information (Predictive Detection Model Download license, Serial number, and Cloud Equipment/Quality Predictive Detection tool license) will not be deleted.)


# Recording data files

  • Uploadable recording data formats:

  • Max number of uploadable files: Up to 50 for each project
  • Uploadable files: Up to 100 channels for each file, up to 20MB file size, and up to 256 characters file name

Note:

If the number of uploaded data files or the number of channels of uploaded data files to one project is large, the tool operation may be slow.


*1 The data including LOG input is not supported in DXAdvanced series.

The data created by the customer according to the format shown below can be used as the recording data file.
The format consists of three parts: "Header part", "Channel header part", and "Data part".

# Predictive Detection Models

  • To create the "Predictive Detection Model", at least one or more "OK" and "NG(Not Good)" data are needed respectively.
  • Data files that can be used to create the model are those with data points of 30,000 or less for each channel.
  • The number of channels for creating the model can be selected up to 20 channels.
  • Up to 1 model can be saved in a single project.
    (If creating a new model in the same project, the existed model will be overwritten.)
  • To test the model, at least one or more "OK" or "NG(Not Good)" data are needed.
  • When the "Health Score" is a positive value, AI is judging the data as a normal state (OK), on the other hand, it is a negative value, AI is judging the data as an anomaly state (NG).
  • When the cloud tool license expires, it will be unavailable for creating/testing/downloading the model.

  • To create the "Profile Trend", at least one or more "Used" data are required.
  • Data files that can be used to create the "Profile Trend" are those with data points of 30,000 or less for each channel.
  • The number of channels for creating the "Profile Trend" can be selected up to 20 channels.
  • "Profile Trend" will be created on each channel respectively.
  • Up to 1 "Profile Trend" can be saved in a single project.
    (If creating a new "Profile Trend" in the same project, the existed "Profile Trend" will be overwritten.)
  • When the cloud tool license expires, it will be unavailable for creating/editing/downloading the "Profile Trend".

You can use "Predictive Detection Models" and "Profile Trends" on the following SMARTDAC+ models.

# Notifications

  • By the "Notification" icon, the latest 100 unread notifications can be displayed.
  • The notification list can be displayed up to 100 histories of both read and unread items.
  • When they exceed 100 items, the oldest notification will be deleted.
  • The type of notifications is as shown in the table below.
