The basic operations for creating and using "Predictive Detection Models" and "Profile Trends" with "Equipment/Quality Predictive Detection Tool" are as follows.

# The basic procedures from creating to using "Predictive Detection Model".

  1. Create a new project. Detail
  2. Upload the data files, which is required for the project. Detail
  3. Create the "Predictive Detection Model". Detail
  4. Do the tests for the "Predictive Detection Model". Detail
    (You can skip this procedure if you don't need to test.)
  5. Confirm the test result of the "Predictive Detection Model". Detail
    (When skipping 4., no need to do this procedure.)
  6. Download the "Predictive Detection Model". Detail
  7. By loading the downloaded "Predictive Detection Model" to SMARTDAC+, you can use the "Health Monitor" function on the SMARTDAC+ main unit.

  4. Check and edit the "Profile Trend". Detail
  5. Download the "Profile Trend". Detail
