# Preparation before use

You need to apply online before purchasing the cloud version of Equipment/Quality Predictive Detection tool.

# Account activation

Click the URL link "ACTIVATE" in the registration email that you will receive after applying online to display the page for activating your account.
Enter the required information and click the "REGISTER" button to complete the account activation.

Note:

There is a due date for account activation. Please note that once the date has been expired, you will no longer be able to activate your account.
Please check the email for the detailed expiration date.



# Login

After activating your account, click the URL link "AI-RECORDER" in the email. Then it will be shown a log-in page for the cloud version of "Equipment/Quality Predictive Detection Tool".
First, enter the email address you registered with your account and click the "SIGN IN" button.

It will be shown the password form and enter the password you registered with your account and click the "SIGN IN" button.

By clicking the "Forgot password?", it will be shown the password reset page.
The email for password reset will be sent by entering the email address you registered with your account and clicking the "SUBMIT" button.

Next, the QR code will be displayed on the screen only when you log in for the first time.
When you scan the QR code displayed on the screen with the 2-factor authentication app "Microsoft Authenticator" installed on your smartphone/tablet, your account will be added to the app, and the app will display a 6-digit verification code.
Finally, enter the code which is generated by the 2-factor authentication app and click the "Submit" button.
Then, log-in is completed and shown the main page of the cloud version of "Equipment/Quality Predictive Detection Tool".

Note:

Install the 2-factor authentication app "Microsoft Authenticator" from the Google Play store (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices).
Tap the search field and enter "Microsoft Authenticator", then install the app.
After installation, check that the "Microsoft Authenticator" icon is displayed on the home screen of your Android/iOS device.

Note:

  • The QR code will not be displayed on the screen when logging in for the second time or later. Please log in using the 6-digit verification code displayed for your account added to the 2-factor authentication app "Microsoft Authenticator".
  • A verification code which is generated by the 2-factor authentication app is updated every 30 seconds, so you need to check it every time.
  • When there are no operations that involve moving a screen for 30 minutes, a dialog will be displayed, and clicking OK, it will be moved to the logout page. Please close your web browser and log in again.
