Equipment/Quality Predictive Detection Tool

Overview

The Equipment/Quality Predictive Detection tool creates "Predictive Detection Models" and "Profile Trends" by using data from our recorders (the SMARTDAC+ and DXAdvanced series), and other recorders.
The created "Predictive Detection Models" and "Profile Trends" can be used for SMARTDAC+ ^(*1) Equipment/Quality Easy Predictive Detection ("Health Monitor" and "Profile" functions).
　 *1 This document refers to SMARTDAC+ series release number 5 (version R5.01) and later as "SMARTDAC+".

• This tool comes in a cloud version that can be used from a web browser, and an offline version that can be installed on a PC.
  This manual is for a cloud version.
• When you load a "Predictive Detection Model" created from the recorded data and downloaded by this tool with SMARTDAC+, you can use the "Health Monitor" function on the SMARTDAC+ main unit.
  The "Health Monitor" function judges quality based on a "Predictive Detection Model". You can check health scores that indicate degrees between normal and anomaly.
• When you load a "Profile Trend" created from the recorded data and downloaded by this tool with SMARTDAC+, you can use the "Profile" function on the SMARTDAC+ main unit.
  The "Profile" function alerts you to deviations from a "Profile Trend" (upper and lower range of process values). You can check deviations from a reference trend on screen.

Product Configuration and License

This product consists of the "Equipment/Quality Predictive Detection Tool", which is used for creating a "Predictive Detection Model" and a "Profile Trend", and "Predictive Detection Model Download License", which is used for loading a model into SMARTDAC+ main unit.

Note:

• A download license is not required for loading "Profile Trend" into SMARTDAC+.
• /MC option (Communication channel function) of SMARTDAC+ main unit is required to use "Profile Trend" with SMARTDAC+.
